National library week book review and book talk

National Library Week: Book Review & Talk

In celebration of National Library Week, students Gowri Vibhavari, Prakruthi Y.L., and Pratiksha presented reviews of two inspiring books available in our school library.
1. Birsa Munda by Gowri Vibhavari & Prakruthi Y.L.
This book tells the story of Birsa Munda, a tribal leader who fought for the rights of indigenous people and against British rule. His philosophy of justice, equality, and respect for nature continues to inspire today.
2. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone by J.K. Rowling (Reviewed by Pratiksha)
This iconic novel introduces us to Harry Potter and his magical world. J.K. Rowling’s story highlights the importance of friendship, courage, and making the right choices. The book also touches on themes of good versus evil, loyalty, and self-discovery, all while exploring the philosopher’s idea that true power comes from love and self-sacrifice.
Both books offer valuable life lessons. Visit the library to explore these inspiring stories!
